Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities aligned with product goals.

On-Page & Technical SEO

• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Conduct site audits to identify technical issues and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Ensure mobile-friendliness and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Off-Page SEO

• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
• Develop partnerships with industry-relevant blogs, directories, and forums to increase domain authority.

Content Optimization

• Work with the content team to create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Conduct content gap analysis and provide recommendations for new content.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Prepare monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and other key SEO metrics.

Competitor Analysis

• Perform regular competitor analysis to identify new trends and strategies.
• Leverage insights to adapt and refine our SEO approach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (3+ years) in SEO, preferably in a SaaS or product-based company.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with technical SEO and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the e-commerce industry or CRM-related products.
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with schema markup, voice search optimization, and video SEO.
• Basic understanding of paid search (Google Ads) to complement organic efforts.
