Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team at Arna Softech. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, a passion for staying updated with the latest trends, and the ability to improve search engine rankings for websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages for search engine ranking.
• Conduct detailed SEO audits and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Monitor, track, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our position against industry competitors.
• Develop and implement link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and is optimized for targeted keywords.
• Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
• Analyze website traffic and search results to assess the effectiveness of ongoing SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in local SEO, including optimizing for Google My Business.
• Basic understanding of PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
