Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits to identify areas for improvement on both our travel and media websites.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to optimize website content, structure, and user experience for search engines.
• Perform thorough keyword research to target relevant search terms that align with user intent and industry trends.
• Build high-quality backlinks through effective link-building strategies, adhering to ethical SEO practices.
• Track and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
• Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, implementing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
• Create and manage SEO reports, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the content marketing and web development teams to ensure optimal SEO implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Experience working in an agency or company where SEO efforts have demonstrably improved website traffic and organic search rankings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage SEO data to inform strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for travel and the media industry (a plus!).
