We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SEO On-Page & Off-Page Specialist. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility and search engine rankings by executing strategic On-Page & off-page SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in backlink acquisition, domain authority improvement, and executing off-page SEO strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of SEO principles, outreach tactics, and relationship-building skills. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to develop SEO and content strategies for clients. Optimize website elements for search engines, including meta tags, headers, alt tags, URLs, and internal linking structures. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure content and SEO strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
Backlink Acquisition:
Identify high-quality, high Domain Authority (DA), and relevant websites for backlink opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to reputable organizations, news sites, and blogs to secure backlinks.
• Utilize various link-building strategies, including guest posting, broken link building, and skyscraper techniques.
• Execute link-building campaigns under the supervision of the SEO Administrator to maximize effectiveness.
Keyword And Page Targeting:
• Identify target keywords and pages requiring backlink support to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze current rankings and determine the number of backlinks needed to achieve desired positions.
• Collaborate with the SEO Administrator to prioritize pages and keywords based on business goals and SEO strategy.
Content Promotion:
• Promote new and existing blog posts through multiple channels to attract high-quality backlinks.
• Coordinate content promotion efforts with the SEO Administrator to ensure alignment with broader SEO strategies.
Competitor Analysis:
• Perform backlink analysis of competitors to identify new link-building opportunities.
• Monitor competitors' link-building strategies to ensure our approach remains competitive and effective.
• Provide actionable insights to the SEO Administrator based on competitor analysis.
Monitoring And Reporting:
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of link-building efforts using tools like GA4.
• Provide regular reports on acquired backlinks, their quality, and their impact on rankings and traffic.
• Monitor and disavow toxic or harmful backlinks to maintain a clean link profile.
• Submit detailed reports to the SEO Administrator for review and strategic adjustments.
Link Profile Management:
• Maintain a healthy, natural, and diverse backlink profile with a balanced anchor text distribution.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Google's guidelines and maintain a strong link profile.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO Manager in the strategic planning and execution of off-page SEO initiatives.
Content Collaboration:
• Work with the content and SEO team to create content likely to attract high-quality backlinks.
• Provide feedback on content topics and formats to enhance linkability and align with the overall SEO strategy
Outreach Campaigns:
• Design and execute outreach campaigns to promote content and acquire backlinks.
• Personalize outreach messages to increase success rates in securing backlinks.
• Coordinate all outreach activities with the SEO Administrator to ensure a cohesive approach.
Required Experience And Skills:
SEO strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website performance factors.
• Proven experience in SEO, particularly in On-Page & off-page SEO and backlink acquisition.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze and report on SEO performance metrics.
• Experience in content promotion and outreach campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google's guidelines and best practices for backlink management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in SEO with a focus on On-Page & off-page strategies.
