Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Optimize web pages for on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, and URL structure).
• Implement off-page SEO strategies like link building and outreach.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize blogs and articles for SEO.
• Use AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Work with the development team to ensure technical SEO compliance (page speed, mobile optimization, schema mark-up).
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user behaviour through analytics tools (Google
• Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs).
• Create reports and provide data-driven insights to improve SEO strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Write SEO-friendly blogs and articles.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• College graduate or diploma holder in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive in staying updated with SEO trends and best practices.
