Department: Digital MarketingReports To: SEO ManagerPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are passionate about search engine optimization and eager to learn and grow in the field. You will assist in optimizing our website and content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. The role offers a structured career path with an initial salary of Rs. 10,000 per month for the first 6 months, increasing to Rs. 15,000 per month from the 7th month onwards based on performance.RequirementsKeyword Research:Assist in identifying relevant keywords and phrases for targeted SEO campaigns.Use SEO tools to analyze keyword performance and suggest improvements.On/Off-Page Optimization:Support in optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.Implement on-page SEO techniques to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.Content Creation:Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied in blogs, articles, and website copy.Conduct basic content audits and assist in updating existing content for better SEO performance.Link Building:Help in building high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other link-building strategies.Monitor and report on link-building progress and results.SEO Reporting and Analysis:Assist in tracking and analyzing SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Prepare basic SEO reports and provide insights on website performance and improvement areas.Technical SEO:Support in performing technical SEO tasks such as checking website speed, mobile optimization, and site architecture.Help in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues affecting website performance.Learning and Development:Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance SEO knowledge and skills.Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation:For the First 6 Months: Upto Rs. 10,000 per month.From the 7th Month Onwards: Upto Rs. 15,000 per month (based on performance).BenefitsOpportunity for professional growth and career advancement.Exposure to diverse SEO projects and hands-on experience.Supportive work environment with learning and development opportunities.
