We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Technical SEO , On-Page SEO , and Off-Page SEO , with proven experience in developing and executing effective SEO strategies. This role requires proficiency in Web Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , as well as hands-on experience in link building and guest posting to enhance the company's online presence and drive organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical SEO: Perform in-depth technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement strategies to improve site speed, mobile usability, indexability, and crawlability.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content, images, internal linking) to improve keyword rankings and overall site performance.
• Off-Page SEO: Manage off-page optimization efforts, including backlink building, guest posting, influencer outreach, and other strategies to increase domain authority.
• SEO Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and continuously refine SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
• Link Building: Plan, execute, and monitor link-building campaigns, including guest posting and acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve search rankings.
• Web Analytics: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics , Google Search Console , and other SEO tools to track KPIs, analyze traffic trends, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM): Implement, configure, and manage tracking tags through GTM to ensure accurate data collection for SEO performance and campaign tracking.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to ensure website content is SEO-friendly, relevant, and aligned with search trends and user intent.
• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for organic growth.
• SEO Reporting: Generate detailed SEO reports, highlighting key metrics such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and other performance indicators.
• Stay Current with SEO Trends: Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SEO, including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tags for tracking and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with link building strategies, including guest posting, influencer outreach, and acquiring quality backlinks.
• Solid understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present SEO strategies and results to internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in local SEO and optimizing websites for location-based searches.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for technical SEO tasks).
• Experience with A/B testing , conversion rate optimization , or user experience optimization .
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO and automation tools.
