Key Responsibilities:
1)Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the organization's goals and target audience.
• Develop Google Ads strategies tailored to promote animal welfare awareness, adoption, fundraising, and related initiatives.
2)Campaign Implementation:
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ad copy.
• Ensure ad messaging aligns with the organization's mission and values.
• Implement tracking and conversion mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.
3)Budget Management:
• Monitor and manage the daily and monthly ad budget effectively.
• Adjust bidding strategies to maximize the impact of available resources.
4)Keyword Management:
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords related to animal welfare, rescue, and advocacy.
• Manage keyword lists and negative keywords to improve campaign relevance.
5)Ad Performance Optimization:
• Continuously A/B test ad creative's and landing pages to improve click-through rates and engagement.
• Optimize ad extensions and scheduling for better campaign performance.
• Implement and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage supporters.
6)Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads data.
• Generate reports summarizing key performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
7)Quality Score Management:
• Focus on improving Quality Scores by enhancing ad relevance and landing page experience.
8)Advocacy and Outreach:
• Collaborate with the organization's advocacy and outreach teams to align advertising efforts with awareness and fundraising campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
• A deep passion for animal welfare and advocacy.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
