As an SEO Executive, you will support the development and execution of SEO strategies, focusing on both on-page and off-page SEO, backlinking, and web content optimization. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to enhance our online presence, increase search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic. This role is ideal for someone with foundational SEO knowledge and practical experience in content creation, link building, and SEO tools.
Key Responsibilities:
-On-Page SEO: Optimize web pages for targeted keywords by improving meta tags, titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking. Ensure all pages are optimized for technical SEO, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
- Off-Page SEO & Backlinking: Develop and implement a strong backlink strategy to enhance domain authority. Conduct outreach and build high-quality backlinks through relevant sites, forums, and directories.
- Content Optimization: Work with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and website content to meet SEO standards. Conduct keyword research and use tools to ensure high relevance and competitiveness.
- Technical SEO: Assist in monitoring and improving site structure, URL hierarchy, sitemaps, and schema markup to support SEO goals. Report any issues with crawling, indexing, and site performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, backlinks, and conversions. Use data to make recommendations for optimizing SEO strategies and measure progress.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor research to identify SEO opportunities, backlink strategies, and keyword gaps to stay competitive in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Certifications in SEO (e.g., from Google or HubSpot) are advantageous.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page and off-page SEO, backlinking, and content writing. Proven results in improving website ranking and organic traffic.
- Skills:
- SEO Tools Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Content Writing: Ability to write and optimize content that engages users and aligns with SEO goals.
- Technical SEO Understanding: Familiarity with technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, and site structure.
- Backlinking Strategy: Knowledge of backlinking best practices, including outreach and link-building techniques.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, create insights, and adjust SEO tactics accordingly.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
