Key Responsibilities:
• SEO Strategy & Implementation:
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and visibility. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize content and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Content Optimization:
Work with content creators to ensure web pages, blogs, product descriptions, and other content are SEO-optimized. Implement SEO best practices for content structure, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
• Technical SEO:
Conduct website audits to identify and resolve issues related to website speed, mobile responsiveness, indexation, and crawling. Ensure the site structure, navigation, and URLs are SEO-friendly.Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools to track performance metrics (traffic, conversions, bounce rates, etc.), generate reports, and identify areas for optimization.Develop and execute a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. Monitor link quality and performance.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels. Optimize bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and ad creatives for optimal ROI.Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement, grow followers, and drive traffic to the website.Create and execute email marketing campaigns, such as newsletters, promotional offers, and lead nurturing emails, to drive conversions and keep audiences engaged.Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis to improve website design, content, and calls to action for better conversion rates.Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing techniques to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.Work with the content, design, and development teams to ensure that SEO and digital marketing strategies align with business goals and are executed effectively across all platforms. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website development is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital marketing for online stores.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating content.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
