Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to enhance our online visibility and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on the latest search engine trends. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords. Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engines. Technical SEO: Audit and improve website structure, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall technical SEO. Fix crawl errors and optimize XML sitemaps and robots.txt files. Link Building: Develop and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority. Manage relationships with external partners for link-building opportunities. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance. Generate regular reports on traffic, rankings, and other performance metrics. Collaboration: Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Hands-on experience with website analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
