Job Summary:

As an SEO Associate, you will play a key role in improving the online visibility of Just Creative Designs through effective search engine optimization strategies. You will be responsible for performing keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and monitoring the overall performance of our website. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the marketing and content teams to drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target keywords that align with our business goals and audience needs.

On-Page SEO: Optimize web pages, landing pages, and blog posts by implementing best practices for title tags, meta descriptions, headers, alt text, and internal linking.

Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all website and blog content is optimized for SEO, including keyword placement, readability, and engagement.

Technical SEO: Assist in identifying and fixing technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Link Building: Execute link-building strategies by identifying potential outreach opportunities and engaging with relevant websites to improve backlink profiles.

Performance Monitoring: Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track and report on website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic trends.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

SEO Audits: Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure the website is following SEO best practices and staying ahead of algorithm updates.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure alignment between SEO strategy and overall business objectives.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SEO, including internship experience in a similar role.

SEO Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.

Keyword Research Skills: Strong ability to perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis.

On-Page & Technical SEO Knowledge: Familiar with on-page optimization, technical SEO, and the basics of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve SEO performance.

Content Optimization: Experience optimizing content for SEO, working with writers and editors to ensure best practices are followed.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to SEO performance.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on details and maintain high levels of accuracy in optimizing SEO tasks.
