And thus, building trust is the only way to grow in education for the longer term. That is where this role comes in. You will be helping people make decisions from a place of information and not ignorance. Your KPIs would be to improve discoverability of Kraftshala, and driving enrollments from it. This would involve:Build an SEO process with internal and external teams aimed at increasing organic search rankings and visibility for programsBuild a comprehensive SEO strategy for every quarter and drive it with a cross-functional team including product, performance marketing, content and technologyBring relevant organic leads to the website and develop and execute strategies to convert them in collaboration with other teamsDrive content growth by overseeing and being accountable for the performance and commercials of the SEO Content Writers which includes planning, outreach, hiring, training and mentoring them. This also includes managing processes for content production, optimization and distributionWork with design and video team to create necessary media and designs for each content pieces and their distributionConduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for our programs and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trendsMonitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using industry-leading tools and leverage insights and trendsFind innovative ways to use technology and drive exponential growth of content leading to business resultsTraining (~25% of your time):All members of the Kraftshala marketing team (including the co-founders) spend a substantial portion of their time training emerging talentResearch for Content Development: You will talk to other SEO managers from the industry to build new case studies. Youll study and experiment with new tools, platforms, etc. to keep our training programs up-to-date.Academic Operations: You will be working with the academic team in creating, evaluating, and assessing the students.
