II. JOB PURPOSE
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation. To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
? Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for optimization.
? Analyze website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
? Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
? Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
? Measure ROI and KPIs and Optimize SEO.
? Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
? Oversee all the company's social media accounts
? Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
?Set targets and build strategies to help achieve them
? Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency
? Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups
? Develop and implement campaigns to better lead quality and beat the competition
? Perform data analysis around web traffic and other key metrics
? Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
? Communicate with team members on campaign developments, timelines, and results
? Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
? Analyze and report on digital campaigns, customers and user data.
? Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
? Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
IV. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
? Certifications (necessary/ preferred)
Experience in Digital Marketing strategies or similar role
? Experience
2+ Years work experience in Digital Marketing
V. UNIQUE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
? Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
? Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
? Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
? Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
? Great interpersonal and communication skills
? Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics
? Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.

VI. Probation Period: 3-6 months(based on the performance and conduct)
