Job Description

1) Customer Interaction 2)Planning & management,3)Product development for cost targets,4) Handle PCB software tools 3) Adhere quality standards and guideline 4) Colloboratively work with software & PCB development team ,5)Ensure product safe launch & product productionisation;6) participate in quality analysis and field failure for resolution

1) Customer Interaction - Capturing Customer requirements (Techno Commercial) , Technical Interactions , Manufacturing Feasibility reviews , Design Proposals , Sample Developments , Concept Proving , Planning and coordination, Product Testing and Validation
2) Planning and Management -
I) Planning - Resources , Lead Time Requirements , Facilities etc., in context to customer Quality and Cost Targets
ii) Identification / Selections of electronics components
iv) Circuit design and schematic planning for application requirement.
4) Product Development for Cost Targets-
1.Understanding the electronic circuits and simulation models
2.Benchmarking and target setting for the sensor and other electronics related to automotive segment based on system performance, cost & dimensions.
3.Preparation of preliminary BOM and PFD.,prepare Design calculation and envisaging potential design failure modes early design.
4.To Prepare the technical product specification, design, and develop the product internally or by collaboration with the external design partner. To test and validate the product based on the standards .
5.Discussion and sign off with the CFT members adhering to the project timelines.
6.Support in preparation of the DVP and FMEA.
7.Interaction with the customers and modifying / enhancing the design based on the customer requirements.
8.Adhering to APQP product development and 5S.
5) Quality Systems Deployment -
i)Awarness about Protel ,Allegro & Altium as per IPC 7351.
ii) Exposure to Electonic product validation and testing ,environmental,endurance and EMI/EMC/ESD
6) New Product Productionzation -
Releasing Assembly documents to contract manufacturer.
Attend to the Production Issues and Field Failure issues.
7) Team Building -
i) Develop interpersonal relationship
ii) Groom the team for organization objectives and Policies
iii) Develop continuose learning and improvement associated to PCB development
Authority : SIR& RIR Disposition ,samples ,Technical document verification and approvals,
Software ( PCB desiging & schematic design ): Altium, Allegro, Electronics software tools for simulation
Responsibility : Release of engineering documents automotive and non automotive product electronics product development adherenece to customer specific requirments & IATF standards.
