Manage payroll processing using Zoho Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Handle deductions, bonuses, and tax calculations as per the companys compliance requirements.
Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
Zoho People Management:
Oversee employee life-cycle management using Zoho People.
Manage employee data, attendance, leave policies, and performance tracking for both types of employees (blue-collar and white-collar).
Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across departments.
Zoho Hourly & Shifts Management:
Administer and track Zoho Hourly to manage hourly-based workers and their respective shifts.
Implement and optimize shift management for operations teams (blue-collar workers) using Zoho Shifts.
Ensure correct shift planning to optimize productivity and manage overtime.
Zoho Expenses Management:
Oversee Zoho Expenses management to track employee reimbursements and other work-related expenses.
Ensure adherence to company expense policies for both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
Approve and audit expense claims for accuracy and compliance.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly concerning the renewable energy industry.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements (compensation, benefits, compliance).
Review and enforce company policies related to employee attendance, payroll, and other operational aspects.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate HR reports using Zoho analytics tools to track key HR metrics like attrition rates, attendance trends, payroll costs, and leave management.
Assist HR leadership in strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights based on Zoho HR data.
Employee Support and Query Resolution:
Act as the point of contact for employees for any queries related to payroll, benefits, expenses, and shifts.
Resolve any operational issues swiftly to ensure employee satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless HR operations and integrate Zoho platforms effectively.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast HR needs, align staffing requirements with business objectives, and ensure workforce optimization.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 7 to 9 years in HR Operations or HRMS Implementation with a deep understanding of Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, Zoho Hourly, Zoho Shifts, and Zoho Expenses.
Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho HR tools, especially Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and Zoho Expenses.
Industry Experience: Experience in the Smart Grid Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Wind Power Plants, or Solar Power Plants industries preferred.
Employee Management: Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
HR Compliance Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, especially in manufacturing or energy sectors.
Problem Solving: Ability to resolve payroll, shift, and expense-related issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and senior management.
Reporting: Proficiency in Zoho reports and analytics tools to generate accurate and insightful HR reports.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Salary and Benefits:
Annual Salary: INR 5,00,000 8,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
Deputation Letter: Issuance of deputation letter as per company policies with INR 7,000 allowances.
