Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Web Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing department. You must exhibit advanced knowledge in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites, all of which will be utilized as part of our overall marketing strategy. You will provide advanced strategic support to marketing management to meet all marketing goals and offer guidance and support to other design personnel. You must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-moving environment with constantly shifting priorities. This is a terrific opportunity for a seasoned web specialist and senior designer who is looking to gain experience in collaboration and project coordination. The Senior Web Specialist reports into the Manager, Web and Creative Services. Experience Range : Web Designing: 5-6 years (Required) Sitecore: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Delhi, Bangalore Key Responsibilities : Content Management. Update content for ICF web properties in Sitecore CMS on a regular basis. This includes managing content by building, editing, and deleting web pages (and associated graphic assets) to create accurate and user-friendly sites. Work with marketing campaigns and operations teams to customize online marketing campaigns and organize and manage all online marketing collateral. Conceptualize, prototype, and implement creative web UI (User Interface) designs which delight end-users and drive engagement. Collaborate with web developer teams & other relevant stakeholders to deliver projects on time via iterative development. Establish and support management of design guidelines and standards to build rich and reusable web pages, elements, and themes. Proven expertise (online portfolio required) that showcases design and web development experience. Create and document testing of web development, and offer on-demand web maintenance, content management (in Sitecore), and technical support. Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience in designing web pages using Sitecore, HTML, CSS or any similar industry standard tools. In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance Experience with web page versioning/source control and of Content Management Systems Sound understanding of web design principles and guidelines. Solid understanding of layout principles, colour theory and typography. Ability to develop innovative and creative design ideas. Dedicated team player who proactively works in achieving team and company goals. Quick learner and capable of mastering new skills efficiently. Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to prepare technical PPT\'s outlining web designs, conduct demos and document repeatable procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer amongst team members & to relevant stakeholders. Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Educational qualifications - Any degree with diploma in Web design, BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA or any similar relevant field. Required project management experience in Asana. Skills Required skills: - Solid experience in designing responsive web pages using any industry standard web design technologies / tools like HTML, CSS, Sitecore etc. Graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, or any similar tools. Solid understanding of UI/UX design techniques. Basic knowledge of SEO guidelines. Sound knowledge of any industry standard wireframe tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision etc. Preferred skills: - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (layout, grids, media queries etc.), and JavaScript. Knowledge on Workflow, Sitecore or another Page builder etc. Extensive knowledge on any industry standard UI libraries including Bootstrap. Experience Proven 5 - 6 years\' experience designing visually appealing and responsive web sites from scratch.
