Position Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Graphic & Web Designer who is passionate about both graphic design and web design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, web technologies, and the ability to create visually appealing and functional websites. This role requires a dynamic and professional individual who is ready to take on new challenges and lead a creative team.As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of visually stunning and highly functional websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and UX/UI, to create engaging and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in web design, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to translate business requirements into visually appealing and effective online solutions.Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, and Web Design or related field
• Strong Web Design and Graphic Design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating a keen eye for detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• A strong eye for visual design and composition
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience with prototyping tools and animation/motion design is a plus. Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) is must.
• Strong communication skills.
• The selected candidate must have a short notice period and be able to join within a week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define design goals, requirements, and user flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups for mobile apps and web apps that align with project objectives and user needs.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and user interactions across different platforms and devices.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve and optimize designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies to enhance design processes and outputs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design concepts into functional products.
• Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
• Oversee junior web designers and evaluate their performance.
• Provide design assets and specifications to the development team for coding and integration. Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to contribute creative ideas and receive feedback.
