Job Summary: As a Senior Web Developer, you will collaborate with managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. You will be responsible for designing and developing robust, efficient, and maintainable web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies. - Collaborate with managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Design and develop robust, efficient, and maintainable web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies.
- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices and code reviews.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, security, and quality of the developed software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and technologies.
- Programming and Software Development:
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or Golang.
- Frameworks: Knowledge of web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend; Django, Flask, or Spring for backend.
- Web Technologies:
- HTML/CSS: For designing and integrating user interfaces.
- APIs: Developing and consuming RESTful APIs for communication between different components of the ad tech system.
- Ad Tech Platforms:
- Ad Servers: Experience with Google Ad Manager, OpenX, or similar platforms.
- DSP/SSP Integration: Understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs).
- Data Management:
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Real-Time Bidding (RTB):
- Understanding of RTB protocols and ability to develop and optimize bidding algorithms.
- Experience with OpenRTB standards.
- Cloud Computing:
- Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
- Services: Experience with cloud services for deployment, scaling, and managing applications.
- Machine Learning and AI:
- Applying machine learning models for ad targeting, fraud detection, and performance optimization.
- Security and Compliance:
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Implementing security best practices for data protection and compliance.
- Version Control and CI/CD:
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Advertising Ecosystem:
- In-depth understanding of the digital advertising landscape including programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, and ad networks.
- User Experience (UX) Design:
- Understanding UX principles to design intuitive interfaces for ad tech products.
- Problem-Solving:
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize ad tech systems.
- Communication:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Skills in managing projects, timelines, and coordinating with different teams.
