The candidate must have experience in video editing, hands-on experience in Adobe video editing software, work on storyboarding, and experience in designing campaign collaterals, brochures, leaflets, PowerPoint presentations, and Illustrations.Key Objective of the Job:Responsible and Accountable for designing and developing content required to execute marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong blend of design skills, creative thinking, and technical expertise in video editing. As a Senior visual designer cum, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video development and editing projects as per our HUMAN brand guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.Key Deliverables:Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for ABM campaigns, Hero campaigns, social media, and other video projects, ensuring a high level of creativity and technical excellence as per Tata Technologies HUMAN brand guideline.Develop visually striking graphic designs, including illustrations, logos, infographics, and other visual assets for ABM campaigns, Hero campaigns and social media related assignments.Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute video projects, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand message and meet project goals.Edit and assemble recorded footage, audio, graphics, and animations to create compelling videos that maintain a consistent brand identity and storytelling approach.Develop detailed storyboard as per the project requirement with a storytelling approach before any video project.Manage creative process and design for all advertising, marketing materials and on-screen graphics for Internet service and social media platforms.Development and execution of presentations, advertising design, brochure marketing, and desktop publishing initiatives.Specialized job competencies:Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Work closely with stakeholders, including content, videographer, and other team members, to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content across various channels.Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, including graphics, video clips, and templates, for efficient use in future projects.Collaborate with external vendors, such as production houses/agencies and printers, to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials when necessarySkills:Other desired attributes:
