This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Work closely with team/managers to ensure that group delivers seamless services and continues to raise the bar.
  • Work closely with the team/managers to identify opportunities to enhance the service quality and optimize the overall group.
  • Lead transformation projects and deliver expected outcomes through working with various Stakeholders, Engineering, and reconciliation teams.
  • Identify, develop, and retain talent through providing stretch goals/assignments.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
  • Bachelor or higher degree; MBA preferred.
  • 16+ years of minimum experience in financial industry
  • 8-9 years of managerial experience; experience of leading medium to larger size teams.
  • Experience in Custody, Cash and reconciliation functions.
  • Experience of leading transformation projects; clients On-boarding and operating within budget.
  • Strong people manager with progressive bend of mind to challenge the status-quo.
