Performance marketing & Digital acquisition specialist for Retail Banking products - Credit Cards, Personal Loans & Mortgages, Bank accounts, NRI accounts etc. Complete ownership of the digital channel and marketing effectiveness for sales and acquisition for WPB. The incumbent needs to be digital native with strong domain expertise and leadership skills to build the online business for the retail bank. Principal Responsibilities The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level. This role will be responsible for all Marketing-led acquistion and portfolio growth initiatives for Credit Cards for HSBC India - WPB. Key Responsibilities Lead Marketing for Retail Banking products - Credit Cards, Personal Loans & Mortgages, Digital Marketing (including PWS) and Digital Sales (WPB). Marketing - Retail Banking Products (Cards, Personal Loans & Mortgages) Acquisition: Strategic thinking, stakeholder & agency management and ensuring seamless execution to: Support offline credit cards sourcing through activations and campaigns Support Personal Loans acquisition through on ground activations and campaigns Support Mortgages acquisition through upsell / cross campaigns and RWA\'s Alliance partnerships -campaigns, strategic positioning based on insights and building new categories New credit cards -Customer Value Proposition(CVP) development with business teams based on research & insights, distinct positioning and launch Brand building through Digital, ATL, BTL and social Ensuring large scale engagement is done with customers through the social media channels New initiatives and innovations Team management- Focus on increasing knowledge & skill development and ensuring insights and commercialization are basic to all campaigns Managing budgets & stakeholders, agency reviews and ensuring governance and audit compliance for Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Mortgages Digital Marketing (including PWS) Increase brand awareness and acquisition in digital marketing by designing, building and executing brand campaigns across social, display and other channels Proactively identify new Digital Acquisitioncommercialisation opportunities, including alliance partnerships and aggregators Acting as subject matter expert on Digital Acquisition commercialisation and driving strategy and engagement with the business teams, identifying opportunities to support objectives and driving revenue through Digital Acquisition activity and digital innovations Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, and also maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns Own different customer and business metrics such as Traffic, CPL, CPA. Analyze and report the impact of marketing on business growth Provide thought leadership, educate and work closely with cross-functional teams for digital marketing Derive insights through research, customer buying and onsite behaviour and use it for user acquisition, engagement and remarketing activities Develop alliances and create associations with brands that cater to similar TG to drive brand awareness and consideration Working on the SEO activities for PWS to grow organic leads Managing the governance of Digital Acquisition commercialisation Sharing best practice with wider marketing teams Digital Sales (WPB) Accountable for digital sales and revenue targets across WPB products e.g. TMD, Retail Wealth, Insurance, Personal loans and commercialization of Global Money/outward remittances/Fx on digital Manage and monitor digital KPIs and MIs, ensuring these support ASP strategic business decisions. Lead the planning and execution of the digital sales strategy that includes the development of effective end to end processes and integrated product launches across offline and online customer journey channels. Drive sales targets through sales funnel analysis, proposition, messaging and acquisition. Integrate appropriate KPIs and metrics to measure customer satisfaction and engagement across all dimensions of the website Monitor KPIs and collaborate closely with local business stakeholders, local risk & compliance, content management teams and software delivery teams to plan, build, test and launch \'best in class\' content, digital marketing and customer interactions on our public website. Requirements Detailed understanding of banking products and services Leadership, agency management and collaborative skills MBA in Marketing and/or prior experience in Marketing will be an added advantage Strong and consistent communication skills and ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple teams in multiple locations. Fluent oral and written English communication skills. Prior experience in customer product /proposition marketing including digging customer insights, forming marketing strategies, developing campaigns for customer acquisition, organizing customer events, launching new product / proposition will be preferred.
