Overview
Provides oversight for multiple teams responsible for the delivery of financial analytics and reporting in support of assigned line of business, corporate function, or region.Directs teams in compiling and updating short term and long range forecasts to reflect changes in business strategies and business intelligence in the competitive environment. Provides guidance on forecasting methodology.Oversees the compilation of financial information and complex analysis of supported business areas for input to annual operating, capital and strategic plans. Oversees and provides guidance on performance reporting for a variety of key performance indicators. Leads the interpretation and summarization of findings.Directs ad hoc planning analyses to analyze and evaluate the financial impact of larger or more complex new projects and business opportunities.Manages multiple teams of Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, including their performance management and career development. Manages financial and budgetary resources of the team.Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams\' objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
