This role is in Pune, MH - HYBRID.In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

• Analyzes, defines, and prioritizes business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate projects.
• Provides consultation to all areas of IT and business management for the application of technology to support business opportunities and planning, implementation of cross-functional applications or systems.
• Allocate/coordinate work within a team/project.
• Develops project scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions.
• Participates in and provides guidance on development of functional requirements and user documentation.
• Consults internal business groups on requirements, functional architecture, and implementation.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is preferred.
• 10-15 years of total work experience preferred - mixed experience in application development, computer architecture, and technology/Operations Risk and Control is strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience on Adobe ColdFusion, SQL Server, .Net, SSIS, SSRS, GIT and JIRA.
• 4+ years of small to medium size team management experience required.
• Manages staff in ensuring systems are developed to meet clients\' business needs and expectations.
