JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR VENUE EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a Senior Venue Executive (Sports) to join our team, both at work, and at play!

Location : Mumbai & Bangalore

A Senior VE is responsible for managing the operations of the sports facilities he or she is assigned to .

Some highlights of the role include:

? Being responsible for the infrastructure of a sports facility and reporting to the manager on a timely manner, plus being responsible to work with partners for maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

? Talk to customers, answer customer queries and create a positive environment at the sports facility for the customers

? To develop an expertise in the tools that are used to manage operations - App,Sling, Slack.

? Develop and maintain relationships with sports facility owners and its staff.

? Ensure the venues are always in great operational condition and running smoothly.

? Ensure quick reporting and resolution of issues in their assigned venues.

? Manage an overall team of 5 to 15 venue executives deployed at venue

? Work towards increasing revenues in their assigned venues by providing great

customer experience and value-added services.

? Weekly and monthly performance reporting of venue Executives .

Qualification:

? Bachelor's Degree in any field with a keen interest in using technology to standardise large-scale on-ground operations.

? Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

? A keen eye for attention to detail.

? Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

? Self-motivated and willing to learn.

? Ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

? Experience is Sports industry, Swimming Pool Operations is highly preferred
