Age: 18 - 30 years Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.
- Maintain vendor master data in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and validate vendor information, including contracts, invoices, and payment terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new vendors and update existing vendor records.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor data to identify and rectify discrepancies or inaccuracies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline vendor maintenance operations and enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and support to junior team members.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor maintenance or vendor management, preferably in a BPO or IT services industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Strong communication skills with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
- Shift timings are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 11 PM.
- Experience with Invoice Processing, Vendor Maintenance, Oracle, Payment Execution, Payment Set up, Banking Portal, and Vendor Set up is required.
