We help researchers and healthcare professionals to advance science and improve health outcomes, striving to create a better future worldwide.About the teamThe Elsevier Identity Services team is a cross-functional group made up of 10 squads, three UX/UI designers, and one user researcher. We build and iteratively improve tools and services to make it easier for users to access all Elsevier products in a seamless way. We are currently working on a fundamental redesign of our identity and access platform, which includes solutions for registration, single sign-on, remote access, user administration, user profiles, and privacy preferences. We are distributed across India, the Netherlands, UK and US, so it truly is a global effort.About the roleWe are looking for a thoughtful, precise designer to lead design on productivity tools for administrators to manage permissions and access for large groups of users. You must be comfortable working and communicating clearly with a complex group of senior stakeholders, in an ambiguous, complex problem space.As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will partner closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver services by conducting research, identifying problems, developing workflows, and creating and user-testing new solutions. You will own the design, managing complex UX challenges, prototyping and visual design work.
