The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior, industry best practices, and emerging trends in web design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement, customer satisfaction, and improve conversion rates.Essential Functions:Lead the UX design process for our global web platforms, including websites, product marketing pages, and other digital assets.Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, advocating for the needs and preferences of our global audience.Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas effectively.Iterate on designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability findings to continuously improve the user experience.Collaborate with creative teams, cross-functional partners, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize design initiatives.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure optimal user experiences.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into our design process.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and user-centered design solutions.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Experience within a global team and localization of web projects is a plus.Additional Locations:
