As a Senior User Experience Designer in Deposits 2.0, you will conceptualize, structure, and detail our user experiences within the context of a broader user journey. Your Key responsibilities include working alongside your cross-functional team members to represent the voice of the customer, influence decisions, and ultimately deliver the best possible agent desktop experience for our employees and the customers they serve. The Deposits 2.0 team is unique in that it supports a modernization effort across the firm to inform the next generation banking experience.
