Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
- Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
- Conduct thorough candidate prescreening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role
- Build talent pipelines for current and future openings. Anticipate the needs of engagements and maintain a virtual bench accordingly.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments to vet candidates\' skills, experience, and technical fit.
- Understand and anticipate potential blockers to ensure all candidates are properly fit for the role and onboarded in a timely fashion
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top technical talent in US geography.
- Candidate must have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa/employment types & terms like W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT etc.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Proven track record of validating priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines, with a keen focus on efficiency and quality.
- Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. Ability to adapt to new applicant tracking systems and tools.
