Help us break through all the red tape and transform everyone\xe2\x80\x99s experience of a visit to the doctor, a trip to the emergency room, or a lifetime with a chronic illness.Position Summary:We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Senior User Interface Designer to thoughtfully contribute to our Collector product, an award-winning electronic health record and physician practice management solution. In this role, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary agile R&D team to design, prototype, and test product and digital service features with the goal of creating valuable and delightful experiences for our users.Education, Experience, & Skills RequiredBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any related disciplines4 to 8+ years of professional experience working in digital designStrong understanding and hands-on experience of basic front-end languages: Static HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (particularly ReactJS)Strong work portfolio to be presented and defended during interviewExperience working in an agile/ scrum development process for the design, development, and delivery of softwareBe open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon itSolid capability in creative and detailed design techniquesCreative ideas with problem solving mindset (for HTML development/ creation)Experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etcStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with web and mobile app design and working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles is a mustStrong typography, layout and visual design skillsWorking knowledge and hands on experience towards the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: sitemaps, user flows, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypesBehaviors & Abilities Required:Forge strong relationships and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
