Job Description

• Client Consultation:
• Meet with clients to discuss their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, tour packages, and travel regulations.
• Offer personalized travel recommendations based on client interests and requirements.
• Travel Planning and Booking:
• Arrange travel services such as flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure reservations.
• Create detailed travel itineraries for clients, including transportation schedules and activity plans.
• Customer Service:
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support and assistance to clients during their travels, addressing any issues that arise.
• Offer after-travel support, including follow-up calls and feedback collection.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Promote and sell travel products, including tour packages, travel insurance, and loyalty programs.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the travel agency's client base.
• Participate in marketing activities, such as attending travel fairs and creating promotional materials.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
• Process travel documents, including visas and travel insurance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel advisories, and new travel products.
• Collaboration and Networking:
• Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and industry partners.
• Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?13,947.63 - ?27,050.69 per month
