Senior Executive - Transport Operations



Objective

Able to prioritize a broad range of responsibilities in planning, coordinating the routing of the employee schedule for each trip, and performing other related duties as required.

Accountabilities



Sound like you? Here is what we're looking for:

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

Improve operational management system, processes and best practices

Regular routing with ensuring user friendly route and maximum utilization of fleet

Prepare of MIS reports related to transport daily operations

Daily reviewing the pickup/drop roster for smooth operations.

Coordinate with vendor team in major login and logout timings

EducationBachelor of Degree

5+ years of experience

Knowledge & Experience

Through knowledge in Move Insync tool and Organize and maintain the data in an accurate and up-to-date manner.

Work Style / Personal Attributes

Ability to engage with Corporate Real Estate clients and C-suite executives. Dynamic personality with strong communication skills. Strategic thinker, team player and innovative.
