Implements and configures the software, within the boundaries of the project plan, according to specified requirements and following best practices. Installation and technical setup of the platform, employees will be at client site or through a remote connection. Delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.With this position we offerTo join Customer Success division which is an integral part of Nasdaq\'s growth and success. This division\'s mission is to continuously improve the Nasdaq Customer experience using a strategic customer-centric approach passionate about driving customer adoption and retention. Thus, optimally differentiating Nasdaq from our competition and giving to the net growth of our business while offering driven and excellent career development opportunities. Customer Success is composed of several organizations (Customer Delivery, Cloud Services, Calypso Learning Services, Customer Support, and Customer Success Management) that handle the customer\xe2\x80\x99s journey at Nasdaq.

• A Project Operations/Support person with 6-7 yrs of experience on working with Capital Market Platform
• experience in Calypso/Kondor/Murex/Finastra/Aladdin
• The person must have basic knowledge of following technologies:
• JAVA, Server Administration, SQL Any prior training delivery experience will be an added advantage.
• The person would operate as an individual contributor.

Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related subject area, or equivalent work experience.Does it sound like you?
