Job Title: Senior Tester - JMeterLocation: DelhiJob Type: Contract:Responsibilities:

• The Sr. Automation Tester selected for JMeter should mandatorily have 2-3 years of working experience on JMeter.
• 2-3 years of experience in manual testing including functional testing, regression testing, smoke, and sanity testing. Understanding of all phases of STLC and SDLC and Preparation and Execution of Test Cases/Scenarios.
• Create the Performance testing scripts for all the PFMS Modules like Sanction, EAT, DBT, Pre-Sanction, Pension, Reports, NTRP using JMeter tool.
• Involve in JMeter Script writing and modifying the changes in an existing framework developed for PFMS.
• Maintain the complete Automation test suite.
• Review the JMeter scripts prepared as per the Test Scenarios/Cases by team members for CR on automation testing.
• Gain a complete understanding of functionality and guide team members to write the scripts accordingly.
• Complete understanding of the tool and help the team on how to use those tools.
• Modify the existing Scripts and create a reusable component library.
• Run Scripts and intimate the defects to the development team and coordinate with them to get it fixed.
• Create Test Reports using tools and share them with others.

• Minimum 7 years of testing experience including 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in JMeter is mandatory (should be able to create scripts independently) and exposure to any other automation tool is an additional advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in manual testing including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, smoke, and sanity testing, Preparation and Execution of Test Cases/Scenarios, understanding of logging defects on Priority and Severity basis using any bug tracking tool like ALM/JIRA/TFS.
• Understanding of Test Plan, Samplers, Thread Groups, and types of Processors, Moderate knowledge of SQL is required to perform web application testing, Execution order of Test Elements in JMeter.
• Knowledge of using Time and Assertion in scripts, Understanding of Real-time Creation and Execution of Scripts in JMeter, Data Parameterization and Re-usability of JMeter Scripts using Config elements, Writing Beanshell functions and using them in existing scripts and Regular Expression using extractor.
• Usage of Plugins available in JMeter as per the Script requirement.
