We are seeking for a talented Senior Test Engineer to join our team. You will define and create test cases from analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications. You will also produce test scripts, materials and regression test packs to test new and amended software or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the CSM ServiceNow product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and test data.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the quality of the CSM product.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.
• Work closely with developers and product owners to reproduce and debug issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in release management activities, including planning and executing testing for product releases and updates.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to software testing.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tester or QA Engineer, preferably with specific experience in testing the CSM ServiceNow product.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Experience with test management tools JIRA
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its modules, particularly the CSM module.
• Solid understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and principles.
• Experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, or ServiceNow Test Framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
