Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To recruit, engage and launch BMs \xc2\xb7 To ensure that BMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Ensure BMs and PFAs are adequately trained by the training team for the Job. \xc2\xb7 To drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving personal business target. \xc2\xb7 To ensure leads allocated from HO in SAMS are worked upon and updated. \xc2\xb7 Protect existing customer base by engaging with them and keeping the policies persistency. \xc2\xb7 To handle complaints of team, customers & ensure timely & proper resolution Requirements Candidature - Only life insurance industry Must have 4 years experience in agency channel At least 4-5 years experience in life insurance Basic Knowledge about insurance 2 Years Stability is mandatory Candidate should localise Female candidate is preferrable Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9250,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9375,000.00 per year Benefits:
