Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate over the phone with potential customers, conveying tour package details, benefits, and answering queries.
• Sales Skills: Persuasive and convincing ability to close sales over the phone, handling objections, and upselling additional services or packages.
• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
• Knowledge of Tourism Industry: Familiarity with domestic and international tourist destinations, attractions, travel requirements, and trends.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to secure bookings.
• Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple inquiries and sales calls simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital communication tools for lead management and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or Marketing would be advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the tourism industry. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is desirable.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
