The Enterprise Engineering organization delivers engineering solutions on people, process and platforms for the technology community. This organization collaborates closely with the Developer Experience organization. The major engineering solutions span across CI/CD, Cloud, Containers, Business Management, Shared capabilities, Inner Source etc. The process consists of ~135 applications across different legacy and modern technologies. The deliverables from this process positively impact the professional lives of 50K+ Global Technology teammates. The process consists of ~600 engineers globally*The requirement is for a senior Delivery Head, to lead and manage the Enterprise Engineering organization out of Global Business Services in India and by being part of the global leadership for this organization. The responsibilities would include owning and delivering engineering solutions / projects across people, process and platform dimensions. The role would lead large team of ~190 engineers across different technologies, skillset and experience levels. This is a senior role that would have managers reporting into it.Responsibilities*The qualified candidate will be responsible for a broad range of activities as follows:

• The Enterprise Engineering Lead works closely with the global Tech Exec of Enterprise Engineering and partners in delivering the people, process and platform outcomes to our customers
• Key accountabilities include design, development, testing and delivery of applications / platforms across Change, work management, application management, CI/CD platform, Cloud, Open Source and Engineering among others
• Close collaboration with the product teams to understand the requirements and deliver as per requirements
• Major applications include the entire CI/CD platform, tools to help Cloud and Container pipeline namely Modernization Assessment Tool & Container Onboarding Platform, One Source, AppHQ, EARC, API HQ, PMMT, Speak Up, Release Manager etc
• Lead the overall application governance horizontal that includes App Delegates, EOL, NPT, Change QA, Lower Level Management etc for all of the DREAM applications
• Lead a horizontal Platform Engineering organization that aims to create consistency in terms of architecture, design and technology stack
• Lead most if not many Global Technology level audit issue remediations
• Accountable to improve the engineering practices of the applications including but not limited to modernization, test automation, CI/CD among others
• Partner closely with Infrastructure and Production Support teams in the application modernization journey that includes IaC, PaC, container modernization among others
• Partner closely with Production Support teams on stronger collaboration and proactive incident management
• Lead a team of around ~190 FTEs in GBS and indirect accountability of ~170 contractor resources in India

Requirements*Education*

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Engineering

Experience Range*

• 20+ years

Foundational skills*

• Strong engineering lead with broad and deep understanding of modern technologies including but not limited to Java, Dot Net, containers (Open Shift), IaC tools like Terraform
• Very good expertise with the SDLC process and lifecycle
• Very good expertise on the CI / CD toolset
• Have executed big programs with global ownership or co-ownership
• Have managed big teams successfully
• Good expertise in any one of the cloud providers
