About this role:
The Capital Markets Center of Excellence in the Controllers Division of Enterprise Finance & Information Technology is seeking a motivated Business Systems Consultant with a strong technical background to assist in ongoing development, testing and projects related to the Corporate Account Reporting Database (CARD). This Business Systems Consultant position will be part of a team that provides business analysis for all projects, initiatives, and production support for the CARD data warehouse. This position acts as a liaison and consultant between Corporate/LOB Finance teams and technical partners for Corporate Finance by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Focus will be on projects and initiatives that impact CARD as well as business requirements documentation, end to end testing and customer support for downstream partners.
In this role, you will: • Providing assistance to identify, evaluate, and develop solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
• Working with end-users, partners, and cross functional teams to provide project support, resolve questions, assess needs, and recommend changes.
• Providing production support, testing, validating changes, writing requirements, documentation, and change management related to tool releases and other needs.
• Providing guidance and best practices for leveraging tools capabilities.
• Working with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
• Creating ad hoc reports for partners and various project teams.
• Lead discussions with partners to resolve testing challenges and provide solutions to test problems in coordination with Business Analyst, Technical and Testing teams.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance tasks for production support.
Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals in a dynamic and complex environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to perform functional testing of system enhancements
• Knowledge and understanding of relational databases: SQL
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods.
• Good understanding data governance and data quality concepts with proven hands-on experience
• Experience in testing and reporting financial data quality (DQ) issues.
• Strong understanding of AGILE methodology and hands-on experience handling AGILE tools like JIRA
• Experience on reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau
Other Desired Quals: • Experience using SQL Developer or other similar Oracle database tools
• Experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management
• Exposure to Python
