Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Role: Senior Technical Content Writer - Business Solutions Analyst - Consulting Support ServicesThe opportunityConsulting Support Services increases efficiency and delivery through key project management and enablement activities.We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and competencies.As a senior technical content writer, you will be working closely with the consulting solutions teams to fully understand the scope/functionality and implementation of solutions being offered. You will be using your creativity to make or amend existing documents to convey the intended message powerfully. You should have strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in creating high quality content.Additionally, as hybrid role you can be expected to support the business development lifecycle and certain project management or research activities.Your key role and responsibilities

• Interact with and interview subject matter specialists & consulting leaders within the firm to build strong and cohesive content for publishing
• Copy Editor - Capture all grammar, design graphics, consistency, branding and clarity concerns
• Assist the practice teams with the production and distribution of key content for the web, social media platforms, internal platforms and communications
• Peer review of content received from solutioning teams
• Analyze existing content across platforms and be able to strategically recast, reuse, and republish to build fresh articles based on key themes as necessary
• Writing scripts and creating storyline for proposals and responses
• Work with related tools to reduce manual efforts and increase automation

Skills and attributes for success

• 6+ years of experience into technical content writing, preferably with sales consulting
• Experience in 2 or more of the below competencies:

• Business Transformation and business reform
• Intelligent Automation / Robotic Process Automation
• Finance function specialists (process and system)
• Risk Function specialists (Enterprise and Technology)
• Strategic Insights through data analytics
• Business Operations and Supply Chain
• Excellent people skills, promotes teamwork
• Be a consultant - Asking right questions, understanding client requirements for any type of topic.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to delegate effectively and allocate work
• Strong English communication - both written and verbal
• Adaptable to learn and upskill based on evolving business needs including competencies or process.
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suit (Excel, PowerPoint presentation etc.)
• Proficient with sales enablement and editorial tools
• Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
• Assertive, with strong influencing skills
