We are seeking a talented Staff Technical Writer to join our documentation team in Hyderabad, India.Unlike traditional technical writers who focus solely on documenting processes and instructional designers who develop structured training programs, you will take a multifaceted approach by combining technical writing expertise with innovative learning design to create immersive experiences for the Network Observability business unit. You will be a key influencer within our collaborative team, working closely with cross-functional groups to deliver high-impact results. Heres what you can expect to accomplish:Create Impactful Content: Design, develop, curate, and deliver top-tier technical content using processes that ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to writing standards. Apply technical writing standards and design principles to make content engaging, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives.Enhance Learning Experiences: Create immersive learning experiences in the form of g WBTs, videos, and training content that elevate user understanding and learning outcomes. Utilize AI tools to create, analyze, and optimize content for better engagement.Embrace Agile Collaboration: Work in harmony with Agile teams, embracing a culture of rapid innovation, experimentation, and iteration. Your adaptability and collaborative spirit will drive continuous improvement.Incorporate Feedback: Actively seek and integrate feedback from end-users, stakeholders, and peers throughout the product lifecycle. Use AI-driven analytics to assess content effectiveness and suggest improvements.Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, Support teams, and your writing colleagues. Your collaborative mindset will ensure seamless integration across departments.Think Holistically: Ensure that content aligns with user needs, supports learning objectives, and enhances overall customer experience by fostering engagement, understanding, and adoption.Optimize User Interfaces: Review and enhance user interfaces by partnering with UX designers to suggest intuitive improvements. Embed content seamlessly into the UI to create a cohesive user experience.Customer-Centric Approach: Monitor customer feedback and respond effectively using various channels to ensure content meets their evolving needs. Analyze customer interactions and tailor the content accordingly.Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep expertise in assigned product areas, becoming a trusted resource for insights and guidance.Content Diversification: Contribute to a wide range of content types, including how-to articles, knowledge base articles, videos, and other collateral materials. Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure consistency.Contribute to Strategic Decision Making: Synthesize user needs, best practices, business priorities, market trends, engineering constraints, and other contextual factors to inform and advocate for design decisions.
