Company Description Probotix Learning Academy is working on the skill development of engineers, technicians, machine builders, trainee engineers, and freshers in the field of industrial automation sector. Our programs provide in-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 linked PLC, CNC & robot programming and upskill the knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in industrial automation. This industry-linked upskilling prepares participants to become industry-ready, giving them the confidence to establish themselves as Controls Engineer. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a PLC Trainer, responsible for training participants in Industry 4.0 linked PLC, CNC & robot programming and upskilling their knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in industrial automation. The PLC trainer will identify areas where participants require additional training and assist in creating custom training plans for individual participants to meet their unique goals. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PLC programmer or trainer. Expertise in PLC programming and knowledge of Industry 4.0 linked PLC, CNC & robot programming. Experience in upskilling and training participants in PLC programming and electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems used in industrial automation. Experience in creating custom training plans and identifying areas where participants require additional training. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Experience in working with engineers/technicians with Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, and Instrumentation backgrounds is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
