Senior Technical Services Coordinator



What This Job Involves



Duties & responsibilities



• Responsible to handle the project deliveries for handover & takeover including site MEP DBR review, basic to major requirements related to MEP design requirements, dealing with different stakeholders for project checks, support & completion
• Responsibility of leading engineering operations of floors of the said premises ensuring smooth technical operations as per SLA & in line with laid procedures. Extending holistic support to the Technical lead to report, perform & deliver site related tasks.
• Responsibility to plan, lead & monitor routine engineering operations of office space in line with laid JLL process/client procedures & guidelines as per


agreed SLA

• PPM, predictive, reactive & maintenance
• SoPs of M&E & processes
• Maintaining critical equipment (UPS, UPS panels & DBs,A/C & safety systems in critical rooms) in good health with a focus on zero downtime in critical equipment & power supply.
• Maintaining engineering systems in line with CEM guidelines & maintaining necessary documentation all the time & supporting JLL audits of site.
• To develop M&E equipment listing of the control area of site and develop 52 week planned preventive maintenance schedule of all equipment as per OEM recommendations & ensure healthy operation of


all P&M all the time.

• Risk identification & highlight
• To monitor, attend & close user tickets related to M&E and assigned to


individual or to the technical team.

• Ensure service delivery in accordance to agreed SLA's
• To coordinate, follow up with LL appointed facility management team for


common area upkeep, operation & healthiness of building systems & other

dependencies.

• Necessary coordination with internal & external stakeholders of FM


Performance objectives

• Client/Stakeholder Management
• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client's


expectations are met through high levels of customer service

• Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships
• Proactively understand the customers/ employees needs and act on


them proactively

• Finance Management (M&E works)
• Lead budget, forecast & accrual process
• Obtaining timely invoicing, collection of NDC of M&E vendors
• Planning & Adherence to the monthly forecast
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Coordination with procurement in preparing BoQ, getting quotes.
• Managing Inventory, checking stock & working on applicable tool.
• Other Key Activities
• Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis


management and business continuity

• Monthly management reports- adding data of M&E/sustainability in


asked format

• Energy management, saving opportunities, risk management &


engineering systems audits
