Senior Technical Sales Engineer
Job Description
Job Requirements:
• Must have an experience of at least 5 years in front-end Technical sales.
• Must have expertise in handling technical queries in a prompt, active, and proactive manner.
• Must have good communication skills - written and verbal, in English and Hindi languages.
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word).
• Ability to multi task, being a self-starter are a must.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities are a must.
• Must have experience of at least 3 years of managing a technical sales.
•Candidates with relevant experience of at least 5 years, and a science background• [minimum B.Sc graduation or B.Tech] •, with an experience in laboratories or hospitals will be preferred.•
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing team of technical sales specialists by ensuring their adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Attending client queries on phone and email.
• Coordinating with other technical managers, and internal stakeholders for ensuring that all client queries are resolved in a prompt and accurate manner.
