About the job:

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Recruiter - US, this is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top technical talent for our US-based clients, building candidate pipelines, and managing the recruitment process end-to-end. You will work closely with our US-based clients and cross-functional teams to identify and understand their hiring needs, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting for the US market.

- Excellent understanding of US recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.

- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent knowledge of social media recruiting, job boards, and other sourcing channels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with technical recruiting for IT, engineering, or software development roles is strongly preferred.

- Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is strongly preferred.
