As a Senior Technical Recruiter, your experience and energy have high impact in growing our Engineering and technical teams in India. This role will be a 1 year contract and will be hybrid (3 days a week) in our Bengaluru office.

What you will be doing:

  • Recruiting best in class talent for our Engineering, Product Management, Information Technology, Business Technical Application teams- there may be need at times to recruit in other organizations of the business
  • Acting with integrity in your words and through your actions
  • Elevating the talent acquisition function by prioritizing hiring velocity, quality of hire, and the candidate / manager experience
  • Prioritizing, documenting, and reporting on key deliverables and performance indicators
  • Planning and organizing your daily activities with clear priorities and a sense of urgency
  • Collaborating with your colleagues within our People & Talent organization fully supporting company-wide talent initiatives
  • Proactively sourcing targeted candidates to build pipelines and cultivate networks for ongoing and future talent needs
  • Managing a full-cycle portfolio across a wide range of revenue generating positions
  • Partnering with managers and senior leaders to discover their needs and providing impactful solutions for engaging top talent
Necessary Skills and Experience:
  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience with direct focus on engineering and technical talent to include experience working in a SaaS or eCommerce environment is required
  • Technical aptitude including working with Applicant Tracking software tools (we use Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, MS Office Suite, G Suite, etc. is required
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study is required
