Job Purpose Location: India The Senior Technical Recruiter, shall facilitate the end to end recruitment for all technical positions, from evaluating the Job description, throughout the selection process and fulfill the resource demand of the business. Essential Functions
- Successful Review of Job Specification / Description and understand the needs of the hiring manager
- Experienced with multiple sourcing channels and optimize cost effective channels to source profiles / candidates from different sources
- Shortlisted of candidates through effective screening of resumes, benchmarking the Job Spec and filter the suitable profiles
- Screening of candidates through effective evaluation of the candidates on all relevant technical skills and soft skills, and other key factors like Cost, skill match etc.
- Facilitate the Interview process with the concerned Hiring Managers / LOBs/ Clients etc.
- Format resumes meeting client expectation
- Build faster and professional long-term relationship with candidates to build OnX I, Own resume database
- Compose and share personalized e-mail to passive job seekers to build OnX I resume pipe-line, professional forums etc.
- Work with Hiring vendors for requirements on Niche skills etc.
- Organize exclusive hiring initiatives for volume hiring
- Ability to Organize Campus / Off-Campus Recruitment event for Fresher-s
- Leverage multiple platforms for posting our jobs and attract talent through social media
- Effectively negotiate Offers with candidates and convince candidates for quick on-boarding
- Prepare, Maintain and report weekly, monthly or periodic reports to Hiring Managers and functional Heads
- Extend support for smooth completion of BGV / Drug Test of all potential employees
- Organize exclusive hiring initiatives for volume hiring
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Strong MS - Office Skills
- 6 to 7 years of experience
- Previous experience similar role in large US based MNC in IT - ITES industry
