Position: Senior Technical Recruiter + Business Manager Description: We are currently seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter & Business Manager to join our Backoffice team in Sector-63, Noida. This unique role combines the responsibilities of technical recruitment with those of a business manager, requiring a blend of technical recruiting expertise, administrative skills, and business acumen. The individual will play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent while overseeing various administrative functions critical to the smooth operation and compliance of our organization. Flexibility to work according to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) is essential for this role. Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
  • Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
  • Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through resume reviews, interviews/initial screening, and other forms of communication.
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
  • Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Business Management:
  • Worker\'s Compensation Insurance: Conduct comprehensive yearly audits for workers\' compensation insurance and collaborate with the Accounts department for necessary reconciliations.
  • General Liability/ Business Owner Insurance: Manage the yearly renewal of policies, ensuring meticulous examination of invoices and documentation.
  • New York Disability and Family Leave: Quarterly update payroll data in accordance with New York State regulations, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ohio Bureau of Workers\' Compensation: Conduct yearly audits, updating total payroll for Ohio employees, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Bills/Invoices Validation: Validate all company invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Fidelity Bond: Conduct periodic checks on required amounts and ensure compliance with 401K regulations.
  • Employee Health Care: Verify and reconcile healthcare-related invoices, maintaining precise records.
  • State Corporation Commission (SCC): Manage monthly fees, ensuring timely payment and compliance with SCC regulations.
  • Rentals: Monitor and manage lease renewals, amendments, property tax payments, and other related tasks.
  • Research Work: Conduct studies on new software solutions and provide detailed reports for decision-making.
  • Process Documents: Develop and maintain detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Credit Card Statement: Review and allocate credit card expenses to appropriate expense heads for accurate financial tracking.
Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with relevant state regulations and compliance standards.
Education and experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resource management or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Eight (8) years+ of related recruiting experience is required.
  • Proven experience in back-office administration and compliance.
