Join us today and apply now!The Impact You\'ll Be Contributing to Moloco:We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our growing business in India. You will become a key partner to Technical Leadership, driving excellence in recruiting process and candidate experience. This is a Bangalore based role with a hybrid working model.The Opportunity:

• Partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess and define talent requirements to recruit top-talent and advise on creative hiring strategy.
• Build rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve ambitious hiring targets.
• Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques, and partner with the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.
• Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Provide regular recruiting metrics to hiring managers as required.
• Be a steward of the Moloco culture and employer brand, and foster an amazing candidate experience.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• 8+ years demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Management.
• Ability to step into any position/org and be able to recruit based on the needed position in the required market.
• Strong experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates, negotiating, and closing offers.
• Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong partnership/collaboration skills (Client Orgs, People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting Coordination, Immigration)
• Ability to guide hiring managers and their teams to foster an inclusive and collaborative hiring process.
• Experience supporting People Operations and HR processes is highly beneficial.
• Fluent in English.
